⟶ Born and raised in Morocco, Nora spent three years living in India, where she first experienced the joys of live performance. She later moved to Canada, and has honed her craft and grown on the RnB and Soul scene in Montreal over the last four years.

⟶ Nora’s eclectic style is influenced by her personal experiences, as well as her diverse cultural upbringing. Her new record Grounding Place Vol. I is expected to be released in Spring 2020.

⟶ In Arabic culture Nora comes from Nour, often used as the equivalent of Noura. It means “Clarity”. so I choose to represent her aura, through a berber symbol representing the moon and the stars.
